Once again it is your opportunity to show your support for ASHRAE, our MN community and simultaneously promote your company at the Thirtieth Annual Rochester ASHRAE Golf Outing.  Companies may sponsor individual holes and if desired, host the hole with representative(s) from your company. Money raised will fund scholarships and programs supported by the ASHRAE Rochester Section including: RCTC endowed scholarship; RCTC $1,500 academic award for student enrolled in the FAST program; RCTC OAKS scholarship program; MSU $2,000 x2 academic awards for seniors enrolled in the Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering program at MSU; ASHRAE research and local Robotics team donations.

$85   ACE:                  Individual golfer w/ ½ cart, lunch and dinner.  Placed on team of 4.

$500 BIRDIE:             One Team of 4 golf w/ carts, lunch/dinner, hole sponsor and 4 mulligans

$850 EAGLE:                 Two teams of 4 golf w/ carts, lunch/dinner, hole sponsor and 8 mulligans

Sponsor opportunities available on a first come basis

• $50   – Optional Cart Rental for non-golfers
• $100 – Flight sponsor. Company name recognized as sponsor of winning flight. Limit six.
• $150 – Driving range sponsor. Signage at driving range for practice balls.  Limit one.
• $150 – Hole sponsor. Signage at tee box. 
• $200 – Top flight sponsor. Company name recognized as sponsor of top winning flight. Limit one.
• $250 – Drink cart sponsor. Company name advertised on the drink cart. Limit two.
• $250 – Golf cart sponsor.  Company name advertised in each cart up to 36 carts.  Limit two.
• $500 – Lunch sponsor. Company name advertised in the clubhouse. Limit one.
• $500 – Dinner sponsor. Company name advertised in the clubhouse. Limit one.
