Speaker Biography:

Brett Stueland is the Engineering and Marketing Manager at RM Cotton Co.  He primarily works with Mechanical Engineering firms by assisting them with the selection and application of boilers, burners, pumps, water heaters and other hydronic and steam accessories.  Brett has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of MN and is a member of both ASHRAE & ASPE.   He has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry working for a variety of companies holding various positions including Application Engineer, Sales Engineer & Product Manager.

Presentation:

This presentation will provide an overview of a basic steam system.  We will look at the various types of steam boilers and how to size them.  And we will describe the main ancillary equipment along with their sizing methods.
